💰 Shipping Costs

The shipping fee varies depending on:

• Your shipping destination
• The number of items purchased

📦 Flat-Rate Shipping: $5.99 for orders under $50

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to check your delivery status. If you do not receive tracking details within 5 days, please contact us.

🚚 Multiple & PO Box Shipments

• We do not ship to multiple addresses for a single order. Please place separate orders for different addresses.
• We support PO Box deliveries but cannot ship to Military APO/FPO addresses.

💰 Customs Fees & VAT

For international orders:

• Orders from the U.S. are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
• Import duties, VAT, and customs charges are NOT included in our prices and may be required by your country upon delivery.

🔄 Refund & Returns Policy

At Snores & Toots, we want you (and your pet!) to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, our hassle-free 30-day return policy makes it easy to exchange or return your item.

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

✅ Eligible Returns:

• Unused, unworn, and unwashed items
• Items in original packaging
• Receipt or proof of purchase required

🚨 Items sent back without prior approval will NOT be accepted.

📩 How to Start a Return

2️⃣ We will send you return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
3️⃣ Ship the item back within 7 days of return approval.
