At Snores and Toots LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
✔️ Unworn or unused, with all tags attached.
✔️ In its original packaging.
✔️ Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
🚨 Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. How to Initiate a Return
1️⃣ Email ayla@snoresandtoots.store with your order number and reason for return.
2️⃣ If approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions.
3️⃣ Ship the item back within 7 days of approval.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
✔️ Inspect your order upon arrival and report any issues within 7 days.
✔️ We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost to you.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
❌ Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).
❌ Personalized/custom products (e.g., special orders).
❌ Personal care items (e.g., beauty products).
❌ Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids, gases).
❌ Gift cards & sale items.

5. Exchanges
✔️ Want a different item? Return the original item and place a new order.
✔️ Exchanges are not processed automatically—you must submit a return first.
6. Refund Processing
✔️ Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
✔️ If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
✔️ It may take additional time for banks or credit card companies to process the refund.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns
✔️ If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged product), we cover the shipping cost.
✔️ If returning for other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
